Clockwork Dental Supply currently ships within Canada only. All orders are processed and shipped from within Canada using trusted courier services.

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following:

Free Shipping: On all orders over $299 CAD (before tax).

Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.99 CAD for orders under $299 CAD (before tax).

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Delivery: 1 to 4 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations may affect the actual arrival date.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available) to monitor your delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

International: At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Pickup: We do not offer local pickup services; all orders must be shipped.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we assist in tracking, Clockwork Dental Supply is not liable for delays once the package is with the courier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
